Processing Time

There is a 2-3 day processing time on all orders. If a custom logo or design was requested to be added to items the processing time is 4-5 days. If a rush is needed you can add rush processing to your order during checkout. 

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed–it will include your order number and shipping method. Please make sure the shipping address on each product is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is prepared for shipment you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

What is your return / refund policy?

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our industry, although we try hard to make sure that every gift is loved by the receiver, no returns are provided if they simply don't like the gift. No refunds, replacements, or returns will be provided for any other reason than the item was delivered broken or there was an error on our part. (ie. There is a misspelling on a customized item. If the misspelling is on our part, we will gladly send a corrected replacement out; if the misspelling was what was submitted during purchase, then you will be charged for any replacement)

Why is the cost of shipping so high?

Most of our Giftboxes are 14 x 14 x 6 that are shipped in a box that is 16 x 16 x 8 and weigh an average of 10lbs with our heaviest box weighing in at 14lbs before any add ons. Moving a package that size and shape does cost a bit extra (this is the case with any shipping option). If you look up rates for shipping a package of that size, weight, and distance on any shipping provider's website I think you will find that our shipping costs are competitive and reasonable since we work with a 3rd party shipping company to get discounts. 

How do I track my package?

Once a package is shipped and email will be sent with the tracking information.

I need to change my order's shipping address, and it hasn't shipped yet.

For address changes, please contact hello@muditagiftsolutions.com immediately with your order number and the changes needed. If it is something we can do and the order is not yet processed or shipped, we will accommodate as best we can. If not, we may not be able to accommodate this change.

I need to change my order's shipping address, but it has already shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may be able to reach out to the shipping carrier with the tracking information provided to change the address. 

Do you ship to APO addresses?

All packages shipped to a military APO addresses are shipped via USPS.  Faster shipping options to an APO address are not available. Please note, a delivery eta cannot be provided as all packages are subject to government scanning, transport, and final delivery. 

Taxes and Fees

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.
